Job Title: Sales Manager – Marine Engines & Power Systems (Indonesia)Location: Jakarta, IndonesiaIndustry: Marine & Power SystemsEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role: A leading global engineering and power systems company in the marine industry is seeking an experienced Sales Manager (Marine) to drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and expand business across Indonesia.The ideal candidate will bring deep B2B technical sales experience, a strategic mindset, and the ability to develop and maintain strong customer and partner relationships in the marine sector.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development:Manage the full sales cycle for marine products and solutions, from lead generation to deal closure.Identify and secure new business opportunities across shipyards, system integrators, marine operators, and OEMs.Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to strengthen market presence.Strategic Planning:Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with regional and global goals.Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Team & Partner Network Leadership:Lead and develop partnerships with system integrators and other key stakeholders.Coach and support internal and external sales teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.Compliance & Reporting:Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies, quality standards, and ethical business practices.Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum 8 years of B2B technical sales experience (preferably in marine or industrial goods).At least 2 years in a managerial sales role.Proven experience with shipyards, system integrators, marine operators, or OEMs.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP preferred.Must have the legal right to work in Indonesia.Why Join:Opportunity to work with a global leader in marine power systems known for innovation and engineering excellence.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Work in a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative environment.Professional growth and international exposure within a high-performance organisation.Additional Details:Work Model: Hybrid (minimum 3 days in office per week)Relocation: Considered on a case-by-case basisPerformance Bonus: Up to 20% after 13 months, based on performance reviewApplication Process: To apply, please submit your CV and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and qualifications for the role.
