Position: Sales Manager – Modern TradeLocation: Ho Chi Minh City Office (Nguyen Van Huong, Thao Dien, District 2)Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per dayCompany: Nafoods GroupProduct Line: Nafoods Consumer1. Job ObjectiveThe Sales Manager – Modern Trade is responsible for managing and expanding the MT channel in alignment with the company’s strategic goals. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring profitability, and driving sustainable market growth. The Sales Manager will build and maintain strong customer relationships, lead contract negotiations, and oversee the MT sales team.2. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet revenue and profit objectives.Manage and grow the MT customer portfolio, including supermarkets, convenience stores, and retail chains.Negotiate contracts, trading terms, and promotional programs with Buyers.Conduct market and competitor analysis; identify consumer trends and propose actionable business solutions.Supervise accounts receivable, resolve customer issues, and maintain service quality standards.Recruit, train, and develop the MT sales team to strengthen capability and performance.Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to execute sales campaigns, activations, in-store displays, and sampling activities.Monitor sales results, analyze performance, and prepare regular reports for the Sales Director.3. Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fields.Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Modern Trade management within the FMCG sector.Strong knowledge of MT distribution systems and established relationships with Buyers.Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.Proven leadership, training, and team management experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; English communication is an advantage.Highly proactive, result-driven, and able to work effectively under pressure.4.
