Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in El Maadi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales team, identifying business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. The Sales Manager will also be involved in training and mentoring sales staff to enhance their skills and performance. Qualifications Experience in FMCG sales, business development, and customer relationship managementStrong skills in developing sales strategies and market researchAbility to train and mentor sales staffExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in sales reporting and data analysisBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the coffee industry is a plus
