ResponsibilitiesManaging Sales for the assigned Territory.Handling a team of 10 to 15Onboarding New Dealers.Sales productivity.OTOPenetration / Market share.Ensure all process compliance in sourcing while building a portfolio.Managing Dealer Relationship with Dealer.Coordination and liaising with other departments for smooth process flow.Identifying and reporting the market information to Management.Sales Team Target Achievement.Reporting the concerns raised by the Dealer / Field sales team to the leadership team.Showroom visits and managing relationships with the Showroom sales staff.Closing monitoring of the sales executives and helping them in achieving productivity.Clearing PDD and tracking the same.Field-level coordination with collections to ensure early defaulters are.Driving the Sales team as per the direction of the Regional Manager.This job was posted by Bhavya Gn from OTO Capital.
