Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo manage overall sales activity for the Paper Board or Paper business to meet the organization’s short and long-term business objectives. Must have B2B sales experience. Responsible for P&L accountabilities Responsible for the overall sales activity for the Board business, including budget setting, sales allocation, sales operation & planning coordination, key customer relationship management, and customer services. Establish the sales policies, standards & procedures to ensure quantity, quality & cost effectiveness of the Board business. Develop good customer base to grow the Board business; manage the relationship with key customers.Establish the sales forces based in key international markets; manage, motivate and develop the sales forces. Drive the transformation from product sales to solution sales.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in any discipline. MBA preferred. At least 8 years of successful commercial management experience in Paper Board or Paper products or adjacent sectors along the packaging value chain Has a proven record of accomplishment in the management of sizable commercial activities at the regional level. Strong understanding of packaging market dynamics, relevant product knowledge and customer needs.Commercially savvy with high business acumen. Familiar with international trading terms and best practice. Proficient in English.Excellent interpersonal, writing and presentation skills. Good leadership and people management skills. Resilient; willing and able to be hands-on; good at numbers.
