Job Description

As a Sales Manager Poland, you will act as the bridge between sales strategy and execution, overseeing the performance and daily operations of your assigned points of sale to ensure alignment with company standards. You will work closely with internal teams (Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, HRBPs) and external partners (department store management) to ensure strong capability, alignment, and achievement of sales targets.You will also manage and analyze key sales indicators to monitor business performance, identify opportunities, and propose action plans that drive sustainable sales growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities:Implement sales plans: execute the commercial strategies defined by the upper management, developing and implementing sales plans in the POS under his/her area of responsibility, in order to reach the set sales targets and goals, increase revenues and profitability. POS Management: visit the POS under his/her responsibility, monitoring its performance and ensuring that the selling process is performed according to the commercial strategies and guidelines, the sales plans, and in line with Desigual’s visual merchandising and customer service standards. Act as a liaison between the Key Account Managers and the POS staff, transferring bidirectional information and ensuring the understanding and monitoring of marketing actions, corner's restyling, product initiatives, stock management and other POS related actions.*Control stock levels and undertake weekly assortment planning for the POS under his/her responsibility to fine tune product stocks in accordance with the market needs.Team Management: coordinate, in alignment with the HR Business Partner, the workforce needs within the POS (with Desigual’s staff) under his/her responsibility. Ensure it counts with the best qualified employees, by participating in the recruiting process, providing guidance, support, monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach the set sales targets, making sure they are properly trained, professionally developed and engaged with Desigual's values and brand image. KPI’s analysis: compile and analyse sales figures and other performance KPIs of the POS under his/her responsibility, in order to discuss them with the salesforce (stores managers) and to define, in coordination with the managers (Key Account Managers, Retail Managers, etc.), improvement actions to promote sales, when necessary.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in BA, Economics or similarRetail and/or fashion knowledgeMinimum experience of 2 years in a similar positionFluent in Polish and English (German is a plus) Strategic vision, organization & planning, problem solving, flexibility, teamwork, work under pressure, adaptation to change.
