Our unrelenting focus on service and data combined with our vast expertise makes us more than Industry 4.0 ready and the perfect partner for all who deal with us, including the workforce of the future.LocationTürkiye, within 50km from a major airport, or the Middle East within 50km from a major airportResponsibilitiesRetain and grow Kestrel Vision current market share.Grow and drive sales through identifying, capturing, and closing new business leads.Drive the development of winning market entry / customer strategies or untapped markets. This includes market potential evaluation, category research, entry strategies (where to play) and go-to-market strategies (how to win) and holistic business cases.Develop, collaborate, and participate in sales planning and forecasting cycles that cover the designated territory.Visit prospects in existing and new with the objective to generate new leads, which are being documented and shared with the management in designated platforms. Keep track of customer visits / week/ month and deals closed are the goals of this position.Prepare regular sales reports, including but not limited to sales forecasts and market insights for management review.Maintain strong relationships and communication across the sales functions and regional counterparts for collaborations.Provide management with market feedback and report on successes, challenges, and areas for improvement for the Go-to-Market strategies set for the region at different locations.Gain market knowledge about market players (its installed equipment (Filling, Can, Plastic), its product portfolio, its organizational structure including information about decision makers and our competition activities. Use this profound knowledge to develop market / customer entry strategies.Expert in capital sales and solution selling practice. This includes, but is not limited to, total cost of ownership (TCO) calculations, return on investment (ROI) calculation, value-based pricing, and price waterfall analysis.Work independently and source market and consumer information from multiple sources to build a strong knowledge to prepare meaningful offers to potential prospects.Join local and regional trade shows and exhibitions to build networks, analyze market trends, and build awareness about new products, new segment opportunities and possible acquisitions. Research and stay current with industry trends and activities to identify new targets, decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within the industry.Qualifications and SkillsMinimum 10 years of B2B Sales experience of technically complex investment goods with proven track records 1 success. A B2B Sales experience in the vision inspection technology is a plus.Strong technical aptitude and experience within the food processing business and similar industries (rigid packaging manufacturing and filling).Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate in English to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders.Ability to effectively communicate in Turkish, Arabic and/or other languages is a plus.We look forward to receiving your application!
