Job ID : 71668Position : Sales Manager (Real Estate Business)Company business : Global Real Estate development Location : Bangkok (BTS Sukhumwit Line) Salary : Up to 70,000 THB Responsibilities Creating a Sales Strategy and Strong Sales Team Management-Set growth-focused goals for each member and create a " Standardized sales system" to ensure consistent team success.-Delegate tasks and customer cases to team members.-Manage and optimize team performance (e.g., sales meetings, reviewing cases, etc.).-Evaluate the performance of all sales personnel and report directly to management.-Troubleshoot, make decisions, and provide support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations.-Adhere to company policies and effectively communicate them to subordinates.-Analyze customer behavior and needs, as well as competitors, to advise the marketing team.Qualifications-Minimum of 5 years experiences in Real estate sales particularly with 1 years experiences of Sales Management.-Sales Experiences in House and Condo with Developer company will be advantage-Able to understand and coordinate with other departments e.g. Business management, Finance, Marketing, Project development, and other related fields.
