You’ll be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales strategy, overseeing the entire sales funnel from lead generation through to closing. In this leadership role, you’ll coach a growing sales team, refine outreach processes, and drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting and relationship-building with key decision-makers.You’ll also collaborate closely with recruiters and executive leadership to align on goals, improve performance tracking, and ensure a seamless sales-to-service handoff.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and optimize outbound sales strategies that drive pipeline growthManage and mentor a team of sales reps or strategists, guiding them to meet and exceed targetsIdentify new lead sources and market opportunities to expand client baseOwn high-level sales conversations and close deals with key decision-makersOversee CRM usage (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.) ensuring clean, accurate data for forecasting and reportingLaunch and oversee multi-channel outreach campaigns via calls, email, and LinkedInCoordinate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with recruiting and operational capacityProvide regular sales performance updates to leadership and adjust tactics as neededWho You AreYou’re a proven sales leader with deep experience in outbound sales and a passion for team building and operational excellence. You understand the nuances of staffing or recruiting and thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments.What You Bring5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 6 years in a sales management or leadership roleBackground in staffing, recruiting, or HR tech preferredExcellent communication and persuasion skills, especially in phone and video sales environmentsHands-on experience with CRM and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist)Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills—you love clean data and efficient processesComfortable working across time zones with a fully remote, global teamMinimum C1-level English fluency; confident in conversations with North American clientsWe OfferDirect impact on a growing agency’s sales engineFully remote work with flexible schedulingFast-track career development with hands-on mentorshipSupportive team culture built on trust, clarity, and executionPaid time off, tech reimbursement, and performance incentives
