With a focus on customer satisfaction, the company works to minimize supply chain risks while driving innovation and producing high-quality PCBs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote Sales Manager role responsible for leading sales activities and developing key client relationships. The candidate will identify and pursue business opportunities, manage customer acquisition and retention strategies, and provide professional guidance to customers. Duties include negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, spearheading business growth strategies, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.QualificationsStrong sales, business development, and negotiation skills.Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Knowledge of the electronics or PCB manufacturing industry is highly preferred.Experience working with global markets and managing international client accounts is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and achieving sales goals.Germany based is prefered
