Positive work environment with cohesive teams throughout the organization.Role DescriptionThe Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Retail Sales Executives focused on driving revenue growth, acquiring new business, and expanding market coverage within Ontario. This role ensures the team meets or exceeds sales targets, provides exceptional service to customers, and adheres to company standards and processes. The Sales Manager acts as a strategic leader, mentor, and key contributor to the company’s growth objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales quotas.Oversee prospecting activities, including outbound calls, cold calling, virtual meetings, and territory management.Support escalated customer issues and ensure strong customer relationships.Review pipelines, analyze performance metrics, and maintain accurate CRM reporting.Collaborate with operations, shipping, and installation teams to support order fulfillment and customer needs.Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.Travelling within OntarioShowroom, Demo Equipment, Sales Office located in MississaugaQualificationsExperience managing a sales team.Strong coaching, communication, and leadership abilities.Knowledge of prospecting, account management, and full sales-cycle execution.CRM proficiency and strong analytical skills.Positive attitude, results-driven mindset, and willingness to travel within the region.Benefits:Casual dressCompany eventsDental careEmployee assistance programExtended health carePaid time offRRSP matchTuition reimbursementVision careSupplemental pay types:BonusVehicle AllowanceLicense/Certification:Driving License (required)
