Job ObjectiveDriving sales on a list of Accounts and develop customer intimacy with existing and new customerBe the voice of the customerOperate as an integrated member of the Sales function to maximize growthRoles & ResponsibilitiesOwns and is accountable of sales for a list of AccountsParticipates to defining the sales development strategy for the accounts he is in charge ofImplements and executes relevant actions intended for meeting the sales objectives defined, including yearly sales budget targetsUnderstand full customer requirements, collaborate and align with other internal departmentsPrepares commercial offer as neededDevelops customer intimacy and ensures daily interface with his accountsTracks and reports new project opportunitiesEstablishes short and long term forecast as needed for the regular tracking of the activityRolls out BL campaign on these accountsParticipates to defining the strategy for these accountsDetermines potential customers and key stakeholdersOrganizes promotion planAnd manage it in close cooperation with Technical-Sales SupportOperates as an integrated member of the Sales team to maximize growthQualification & ExperienceStrong technical background (BSc. or MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in the Aerospace Industry, with a focus on technical sellingUnderstanding of market and strong customer orientationAble to build trust and maintain relationships at all levelAbility to travel and visit customersExcellent negociation skills, customer prospectionKnowledge of sales process, forecasting and planning
