New Business Development & Market Expansion·       Develop new customers for thermal printers in the European market, with a focus on system integrators, distributors, and OEM/ODM clients.·       Research and identify new business opportunities across market segments; build and maintain high-level relationships with customer management, procurement, and technical decision-makers.·       Formulate and implement sales strategies and phased action plans for different customer types to achieve annual new business targets.2. Customer Relationship Management·       Establish and maintain long-term partnerships; continuously follow up on evolving customer needs and proactively offer innovative and customized solutions.·       Organize regular customer visits, product demonstrations, trade shows, and industry networking activities to enhance customer engagement and brand influence.3. Sales Process & Data Management·       Manage the full sales cycle, including customer identification, opportunity management, proposal negotiation, contract signing, and project delivery.·       Track and document customer interactions, sales progress, and revenue forecasts to ensure transparency, accuracy, and traceability.·       Prepare and execute sales budgets and forecasts for assigned regions and product lines; regularly report market trends and business progress.4. Market Research·       Continuously monitor the European thermal printer industry and competitor activities; collect market pricing, product trends, and customer information to generate market research reports.·       Provide regular feedback to headquarters on market needs and improvement suggestions to support product planning and localization strategies.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or above, major not restricted.Experience:·       3+ years of B2B international sales experience; familiarity with industry ecosystems and existing industry resources is a significant plus.Skills & Competencies:·       Strong sales and customer development abilities, capable of independently acquiring new customers and securing large orders.·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively engage with senior client stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.·       Able to quickly understand and explain complex product technical details to customers, and translate them into clear communication for various internal and external stakeholders.·       Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation; results-oriented, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and maintain momentum through complex sales cycles and multinational projects.Language Requirements:·       Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is preferred.Travel Requirements:·       Must be able to travel across multiple European countries.What We Offer:Close collaboration with our manufacturing headquarters in China to advance retail solutions in Europe.A key role in the strategic growth of our business in Europe.Flexible engagement and an international platform to grow your industry influence.We welcome experienced professionals with strong industry connections to join us.
