From research and development to sales and marketing to manufacturing and operations, Trina Storage looks for people who thrive in exciting, challenging and dynamic work environments to become a part of our dedicated team of professionals and contribute daily to bringing clean, reliable and cost effective solar energy and storage solutions to customers around the globe.Join us and our mission to promote and develop solar energy and storage as a source of clean, renewable energy for all.We are currently looking for a Sales Manager (BESS) to join our Utility Storage Team in Poland.Responsibilities:Grow the pipeline of utility-scale storage opportunities in your designated sales area.Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales Engineers to qualify leads and drive business.Negotiate and close deals with customers, managing contracts from start to finish.Deliver results by originating and closing a targeted number of commercial sales opportunities each quarter.Analyze market dynamics across sectors (utility, large industrial) and drivers (policy, economics, regulation).Build strategic partnerships with market players and maintain strong relationships.Perform techno-economic evaluations to assess opportunities and risks.Translate market needs into functional requirements, working closely with internal teams.Provide accurate forecasts and insightful reporting to leadership.Requirements:5+ years of experience in the utility-scale energy sectorProven track record in renewables (PV, wind, storage)Strong understanding of grid/utility markets and battery/power conversion systemsSkilled in financial modeling and risk analysisInsight into regulatory and policy impactsExcellent communication and multitasking skillsEngineering degree preferredFluent in English and Polish (additional languages a plus)
