Job Description

The Senior Manager/Manager Sales (One VASCO) will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the assigned region/country through a focused approach, fostering strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. Additionally, the role will focus on optimizing sales performance and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. Client & Business Development • Build and sustain strong client relationships across multiple assigned sectors.  • Analyze business operations and assess the reliability of local contacts to support expansion.  • Identify and drive Value-Added Services (VAS) implementation through coordination with VFS & missions.  • Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements with partners, missions, and Visa Application Centers (VACs).  • Expand local networks to identify and promote VAS service opportunities.  • Stay informed about the local market’s political, economic, and regulatory landscape to identify business opportunities. Operational & Financial Oversight • Assist in recruiting and managing VAS officers to support business growth.  • Manage budgets for assigned projects and monitor performance against targets.  • Drive business growth through technology-driven enhancements.  • Oversee people management across geographies to ensure operational efficiency. Security & Compliance • Ensure security and safety at assigned locations by implementing corporate security policies.  • Monitor and report security incidents while coordinating with regional security teams.  • Maintain security reporting processes and establish emergency service contacts.  • Supervise contracted security personnel to ensure compliance with safety standards. Environment, Social & Governance • Promote judicious use of natural resources.  • Adhere to the organisation’s environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines. Anti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS) • Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed in the ABMS manual.  • Understanding of ethical standards and the importance of integrity in business practices.  • Ability to identify and evaluate risks related to bribery in various business contexts. Education & Experience • Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent.  • 7-10 years of experience in the Travel and Tourism or Service industry with team management experience. Job TypeFull-time. Pay$60,000-$70,000 per year. Work LocationIn-person (Toronto, ON)
