The Geberit shares are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange and have been included in the SMI (Swiss Market Index) since 2012.We are currently looking for Sales Manager, base in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City to expand our nationwide project business.MAIN TASKSJOB SCOPE▪ Technical and economic responsibility lays in the project business with a main focus on sanitaryproducts and support on piping systems.▪ Achieve defined Sales target for dedicated market.▪ Prepare and conduct Sales presentation to Developers, consultants, Interior Designers, architects and contractors through training and seminars.▪ Building sales funnel through acquisition of new projects.▪ Perform market assessment to understand market situation, trends, customers changing requirement and needs.▪ Building up a network with Developers, Architects, Interior Designers, MEP consultants and contractors. Liaise with the Specification team and Product Managers for technical issues and ensure requirements are met.▪ Use of CRM to plan and document all project related activities. Manage the project funnel actively and build up new pipelines to meet the yearly targets and project hit rates.▪ Distribution management, provide support for our partners and ensure local stock availability. Co-ordinate with regional logistic team for order processing.▪ Plan and execute regular alignment meetings to grow the project funnel and secure projects within the defined discount structure.EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONWhat We Are Looking For▪ Engineering diploma or /and degree in Sales & Marketing.▪ Minimum 3 Years Of Project Related Sales Experience.▪ Experience in project business with a main focus on sanitary & plumbing.▪ Professional and fluent in English, both written and spoken is a must.▪ Local language skills.▪ MS office (word, excel and ppt)▪ Sales experience in the building & construction industry▪ Good contact base amongst Interior Designers, Project Management Consultant and Developers.▪ Able to travel within Vietnam.▪ Persistent and resilient.WE OFFERCompany culture: Based on our Compass Remuneration: Market-oriented salary, bonus and share programWorking hours: 40-hour working week with at least 5 weeks' holiday per calendar yearDevelopment: Individual support for professional training And many more: Learn everything about our benefitsAPPLICATION & CONTACTDo you share our values and feel comfortable in a collegial and down-to-earth environment in which you can demonstrate your skills and contribute ideas?
