Our client is a global MNC in the Voice, Unified Communication and Contact Centre Industries. Their innovative products and services are used by enterprises and service providers worldwide to enable scalable, high-quality voice communications and collaboration.They are expanding their footprint in Southeast Asia and are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead the growth initiatives in Malaysia and Vietnam, focusing on strategic enterprise and service provider accounts.Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales:Drive new business opportunities across Malaysia and Vietnam for Voice, UC and CC portfolio, with a strong focus on:Managed ServicesSubscription-based modelsAI-powered voice solutionsEnterprise voice infrastructure (SBCs, voice gateways, meeting rooms, etc.)Develop and execute a territory plan to meet/exceed sales targets.Account Management:Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers across enterprise customers, system integrators, and service providers.Channel & Partner Engagement:Work closely with channel partners, distributors, and strategic alliances in the region.Develop joint go-to-market plans and ensure partner enablement.Forecasting & Reporting:Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting via CRM tools.Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.Solution Selling:Articulate AudioCodes’ value proposition in digital transformation, unified communications, AI-driven contact centers, and cloud voice.Work with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals.Requirements:Experience:Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the ICT/Voice industry.Proven track record in selling managed services, recurring revenue (subscription) models, and AI/voice-related solutions.Experience working with Microsoft Teams Phone, Zoom, Genesys, or Cisco collaboration platforms is a strong plus.Market Knowledge:Solid understanding of the business landscape and key verticals in Malaysia (Primary) and Vietnam.Existing relationships with large enterprises, service providers, or system integrators in the region is highly desirable.Skills:Strong solution-selling and consultative sales skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Ability to work independently while collaborating across regional and global teams.Language:Fluency in English is required.Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Vietnamese is a strong advantage.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
