Whangarei Honda also offers access to genuine Honda Parts and services, including WOF (Warrant of Fitness) inspections and vehicle re-licensing through its Service Department. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Whangarei for a motivated Sales Manager. The Sales Manager’s responsibilities include driving sales of new and used Honda vehicles, developing sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties may involve maintaining strong business relationships with clients, monitoring market trends, and meeting sales targets. The role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences. Qualifications Proven skills in sales management, business development, and customer relationship management.Strong team leadership, training, and performance management abilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends is highly beneficial.Experience working in dealership environments is preferred.Proficiency in Sales CRM systems and reporting is an advantage.Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales objectives.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
