Position: Sales Manager Monthly gross salary range: ₦600,000–₦750,000. Location Victoria IslandJob Description / Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targetsLead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivityIdentify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clientsConduct regular market research to understand industry trends and competitive activitiesPrepare and present detailed sales performance reportsCollaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales effortsEnsure excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptlyTrain, mentor, and evaluate sales team members to promote growth and developmentExperience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
