Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Phnom Penh.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring sales targets are met. The Sales Manager will also be involved in market analysis and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Identify and pursue new clients, building relationships with key decision-makers. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing concerns and needs. Oversee sales proposals, tenders, and bid submissions, ensuring accurate forecasting. Manage sales budget, analyze financial performance, and optimize cost efficiency.
Review sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary. Train and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. Provide regular reports for the top management on sales and market developments. Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated business operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. QualificationsDegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Up to 5 years of experience in a senior sales role with proven success in managing and growing sales teams. Experience on handling second-hand car business. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
Deep knowledge of sales strategies, market dynamics, and processes. Proficient in sales planning, market research, and competitive analysis. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
