SALES MANAGERSEARA JAPAN LLCLocation: Tokyo (Akasaka) Job ScopeThe sales account manager will drive and execute sales strategy, from demand planning through to ‘after sales’ in order to maximize end users and consumer brand / loyalty. The main activities are: Manage sales execution – demand, pricing, sales forecast, deadlines, managing stocks, shipment schedule and deliveries.
Sales and Business negotiations on existing products and clients (70%),Prospect new clients, business channels and products (30%),Work closely with R&D and QA departments on new product development and continuous improvement of existing productsAttend events, meetings, and socials outside of usual business hoursHave the ability to team up with different culturesDelivery revenue based on targets;Ability to establish and maintain commercial relationships. RequirementsLanguage: Japanese and English (Portuguese is a plus)Adherence to the company´s values: determination, simplicity, availability, humility, sincerity, discipline & ownership.
Team working approachDegree in business administration, foreign trade, engineering or similarExperience in sales to distributors, retailers and Food Service in Japan. Open mind, eyes on the future trends and opportunitiesIndependent/self-sufficient/hands-on/proactive. Capacity to read and manage complex and dynamic scenarios. Travel capability (5%+)Excel skillsKnowledge about foreign trade business – Export / Import documents and International regulationsBackground in Food industry / FMCGKnowledge of industrial process, specs and quality standards of meat industry, especially Pork and ChickenPro-active, problem solver and hunger to achieve targets.
