We represent SANY, one of the world’s leading construction machinery brands, supplying excavators, wheel loaders, and material handlers to the civil, construction, and infrastructure sectors.https://www.sanyglobal.com/With a track record of growing and supporting the SANY brand, this position is a key function of the construction equipment business as we look to transition to a major equipment supplier in the AU/NZ and Pacific market.We’re looking for an organised and proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our Melbourne sales team and help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate sales quotes, contracts, and delivery documentation.Manage CRM data, track stock, and assist with reporting.Liaise with workshop, completing and submitting buildsheets, liaising with transport, and finance brokers to ensure smooth machine preparation and handover.Complete stock in / stock out procedures in line with company and OEM policiesAssist sub-dealer network with inquiry, information and support where requiredAdminister weekly and monthly reporting for director of salesMaintain our pricing authority schedule, including all supplier pricing structuresSupport the sales team with customer updates, scheduling, and event coordination.Run our social media and marketing material.
