Job Type:     Permanent / Full timeDesignation: Sales & Marketing ExecutiveJob Location : Lagos, Nigeria We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to drive business growth in Nigeria. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, along with a basic technical understanding of enterprise and digital solutions such as SAP, MS D365, MS Technologies, Oracle, Automation, AI, Cybersecurity, and BFSI Solutions. Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential clients, build relationships, and generate business opportunities.Understand our company profile, presentations, and offerings thoroughly to represent them effectively.Respond confidently to basic client queries about services and solutions.Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and support ongoing projects.Maintain a professional attitude, meet deadlines, and demonstrate high attention to detail.Be curious, innovative, and proactive in learning and understanding all aspects of the company’s services.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in IT or technology-related sectors).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Basic technical understanding of enterprise and digital technologies.Professional, responsible, and self-motivated attitude.Soft Skills:Ability to work in a vibrant environment, encouraging creativity in problem solving, and effectively interacting with client partners, C-suite leaders, and cross-functional teams.Results-oriented with a strong “can-do” attitude — adaptable, flexible, and resourceful.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.Average oral and written communication skills.Willing to travel anywhere as required for business needs.Technical Skills:Basic understanding of Enterprise Platforms – SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Technologies, Oracle.Familiarity with Digital Transformation concepts – Automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Cybersecurity.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for creating presentations, proposals, and reports.Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, email campaigns, analytics tools) is an advantage.Capability to interpret technical presentations (PPTs) and explain them to potential clients in simple terms. Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field (required).A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering is an added advantage.Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in technology, software, or enterprise services.Good understanding of IT and digital transformation concepts (SAP, MS D365, Oracle, AI, Automation, Cybersecurity, etc.).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with CRM or sales tools.
