Drive revenue, market growth, and brand visibility. Supported by regional Head office in Ho Chi Minh City..Key ResponsiblitiesDevelop and execute sales & marketing strategyManage multi-channel sales (OTC, ETC, hospitals, clinics)Oversee branding, campaigns, KOLs, medical eventsRecruit, coach, and lead sales & marketing teamsEnsure compliance with pharma regulationsManage budgets, pricing, and performance of distributorsQualificationsDegree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or Business5+ years in pharma/FMCG leadership Strong healthcare network in LaosKnowledge of regulatory affairs and pharma operationsFluent in MS Office; strong reporting skillsLaos national, valid license, willing to travel ~40%Strategic thinking, leadership, negotiation, data-driven decision-making, communication, integrityApply CV to email recruitment@dktmekong.org
