Job Description

JOB PURPOSE Implement Commercial, sales strategies, policies and processes to exceed sales in the respective target Accounts and target markets within the UAE, GCC and internationally. This includes generating leads, harvesting them, logging details in Salesforce and facilitating offers and securing contracts. KEY ACCOUNTABILTIESPolicies, Processes and ProceduresContribute to the development of the Commercial, Sales and Ordering policies, business processes and operating procedures and implement them when approved.Ensuring Intra team collaboration for successfully identifying, closing and executing projects across various regions. Due diligence to ensure correct information on customer, project, region or pricing is communicated or recorded within the Ducab system. BudgetsSupport implementation of the regional budgets and action plansSupport determination of inventory levels and product mix needed to support forecasted sales for the respective target Accounts within a customer segment and region Risk Management Support the implementation of the Ducab risk management system to identify and assess relevant risks from a targeted Accounts sales perspective and recommend measures to manage and mitigate identified risks Continuous Improvement Participate in initiatives for innovation and continuous improvement in pursuit of greater productivity Reports Provide Management with accurate and timely Sales performance reports for each set of Accounts within a customer segment and region, as required Business DevelopmentIdentifying new business opportunities from Small and Medium Customers (Stone & Silver Category Customers)Lead Generation-identify opportunities (customers & Projects) for Ducab product or service and generate enquiries Qualifying prospects -determine whether a lead or prospect is a good fit for your product or service.Developing relationships with potential customersNegotiating and closing dealsAchieving sales targetsExecution of Sales ContractCoordinate with the Back office for draft Sales contract to be signed and sent to the customer for sign-off to close the deal.Facilitate Order Execution & Credit Control team for timely payments and debt recovery in line with the agreed contractBusiness RelationshipsNurture Ducab’s relationship with customers through appropriate interface Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Effective daily use of Salesforce Customer Relationship Management tools to manage all aspects of the accounts and build sustainable relationships throughout the customer organization, as well as within our organization. Ensure utilization of digital tools available to support region management including the use of Salesforce. Update and maintain accurate data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, ERPs, etc.) Essential: Relevant bachelor’s degreeJob Skills: Selling skills, persuasive communication, Sales force & SAP experience is highly desirable, Behavioural Competencies: Strategic thinking, transparency, integrity, professionalism, caring & supportive style, passion for excellence, change management orientation Experience: 2 years of professional sales experience
