Job Scope:The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing the full order-to-delivery cycle, ensuring smooth coordination between Sales, Logistics, Production, and other internal teams. The role involves processing sales orders, monitoring KPIs, preparing sales reports, and handling inquiries while maintaining contracts, POs, and CRM data. Acting as a key liaison with suppliers, distributors, and partners, the coordinator will ensure accurate, timely deliveries and effective internal collaboration to keep the sales engine running seamlessly.Job Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.• Up to 3 years of experience in sales operations, administration, or a similar role.• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools.• Problem-solving mindset with strong deadline management.• Nice to have: SAP or similar ERP system experience.
