This role combines relationship-building with distributors and retailers, pipeline management, and operational support to ensure smooth business execution. The ideal candidate is target-driven, organized, and experienced in FMCG sales and operations.Educational Qualifications:Mandatory:⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Preferred:⦁ Master’s degree (MBA) in Sales, Marketing, or International Business.⦁ Certifications in Sales Management, Customer Relations, or International Trade.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound sales calls to distributors, retailers, and wholesalers across Europe.Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive recurrent business.Manage the sales pipeline — from prospecting to order closure — and handle order entries efficiently.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM.Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth operations.Identify new market opportunities and provide feedback on product performance and category insights.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Prepare periodic reports and share actionable insights for management review.Perform general administrative tasks to support the sales and operations functions.Experience & Skills:Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in tele sales, outbound, or inside sales roles.Minimum 1+ years of experience in the FMCG sector, preferably with Indian or ethnic food brands.Strong understanding of European FMCG markets and customer bases.Excellent communication skills in English.Strong command of Punjabi, Hindi, or Urdu is mandatory.Strong negotiation, persuasion, and CRM management skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a professional setting.Ability to multitask and manage both sales and operational responsibilities efficiently
