As we expand our e-commerce and FMCG presence, we’re looking for a driven Sales & Operations Executive to join our growing team.Role OverviewThis role blends sales performance and operational excellence. You’ll be the first point of contact for leads generated from our digital campaigns — qualifying prospects, explaining Qvie’s weight loss plans, and guiding them through their purchase journey.You’ll also play a key role in managing our e-commerce operations, product listings, shipments, and partner accounts to ensure seamless execution across both B2C and B2B channels.This is a performance-driven position with flexible work arrangements — you can work remotely or from our Dubai office. What matters most are results.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead ConversionHandle inbound leads from digital marketing campaigns.Conduct prompt outbound calls to qualify prospects and assess interest.Explain Qvie’s meal plans and guide customers through the purchasing process.Convert qualified leads into sales or book them for a consultation with a Nutrition Consultant.Maintain accurate lead information in our CRM Share insights on customer feedback and objections to improve campaign quality.Operations & LogisticsCoordinate local and international shipments with freight partners and warehouses.Ensure all shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, health certificates) is accurate and compliant.Oversee Dubai Municipality approvals, MOFA attestations, and FIRS submissions.Manage stock control across warehouse and online platforms, ensuring alignment between physical and digital inventory.Generate regular reports on sales and operational performance.Marketplace & B2B ManagementManage Qvie listings across e-commerce platforms.Support B2B growth through partnerships.Align marketing campaigns and product launches with sales activities.Administrative & Cross-Functional SupportLiaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks (quotations, renewals, vendor coordination).Support the launch of new SKUs across digital and physical channels.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Operations Management.2–4 years of experience in sales, operations, or logistics — ideally within FMCG, e-commerce, or health & wellness.Proven experience in telesales, customer follow-up, or CRM-based sales processes.Strong communication and persuasion skills.Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.Proficient in CRM and digital systems High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.What We OfferCompetitive base salary + attractive commission structure.Flexible hybrid work environment (home or office).Opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, health-driven brand.Supportive team and hands-on training.
