MAIN PURPOSEThe Sales Operations Intern supports the daily sales operations of the business with the Sales Operations & Merchandizing department.Assist the commercial network (both internal and external) with the necessary resources and tools to increase selling performance. Supporting the boutiques in their daily organization taking into consideration the brand image and strategy together with their reality and constraintsKey responsibility 1 – Business Operations – 60%Stock Managementsupporting on moving stocks in a timely and accurate manner.Deposit trackingStock animationRegular communication with boutiquesSales invoicing and coordinationsupporting monthly commercial operations.Key responsibility 2 – Retail Excellence – 20%Support projects related to retail operations.Key responsibility 3 – Retail Performance: reporting, analysis and action plan follow up, assisting the department – 20%Assist in the completion and standardization of the reporting activity upon the defined scheduleE.g. Boutique Daily/Monthly reportsUpdate collection/pricelist DIMENSION Geographical area: Southeast Asia & OceaniaPROFILEDiligent Attention to detailAnalyticalResult orientedExcellent project management skills and time management skillsEffective communicator
