We are currently seeking skilled embedded software engineers to develop flight-critical firmware, with a focus on advanced drone pilot assistance features.We're seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to accelerate sales execution, ensure pristine CRM and contract data, and empower our revenue teams with the resources to close deals and drive growth.ResponsibilitiesManage cooperative contract reporting and vendor registrationsSupport Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, including assembly, formatting, and submission logisticsRoute inbound leads, set up opportunities, and prepare quotes for standard SKUsMaintain CRM accuracy across contacts, companies, deals, and custom objectsTrack grant opportunities and support partner reporting needsIdentify upsell opportunities and enroll them in automated campaignsBuild and maintain sales enablement resources such as playbooks and process guidesSupport onboarding and training of new sales repsQualifications2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales or SDRStrong HubSpot CRM knowledge (or equivalent CRM platform)Familiarity with RFP processes, cooperative contracts, and vendor registration systems preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsDetail-oriented, proactive, and process-drivenBRINC Culture Values:Try the hard stuffBe innovative - Invent the futureMove fastListen to end-usersStrive for excellenceDon’t build a dystopiaBe frugalSave lives through technologyIf you’re interested in this role and in joining BRINC, we hope you’ll apply.
