Based in Bellingham, Washington, Logos also has operations in Chandler, Arizona and Puebla, Mexico.About The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technically savvy Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing international B2B business. This role will focus on bringing international bulk pipeline prospects and customers into our Salesforce instance, ensuring accurate pipeline management, improving data integrity, and enabling stronger reporting and forecasting.The ideal candidate has hands-on Salesforce experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams across global regions.ResponsibilitiesImport, organize, and maintain international bulk pipeline prospects and customer records in Salesforce.Ensure accurate account hierarchies, contact roles, and opportunity data for global B2B accounts.Audit data regularly to maintain integrity, consistency, and completeness.Build, optimize, and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to provide visibility into international sales performance.Support forecasting processes by ensuring pipeline accuracy and surfacing insights on deal health, stage progression, and close probabilities.Partner with sales leadership to identify trends and gaps in the funnel.Streamline data entry and pipeline management processes for international teams.Document best practices and provide guidance to sales reps and managers.Partner with marketing, RevOps, and account management teams to align on reporting definitions and account coverage.Requirements3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM administration (Salesforce strongly preferred).Proven track record of building dashboards and reports that improve visibility and decision-making.Strong understanding of sales pipeline management, forecasting, and B2B account structures.Ability to manage large data sets with attention to accuracy and detail.Experience working with international markets and distributed teams is a plus.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.BenefitsCompetitive family medical, dental, vision, and life insurance3 company-paid holidays per year in addition to regular holidays4 days of paid time off (PTO) per yearPaid time off (PTO) on your birthdayLaw benefits (15-day Christmas bonus, vacation days established by law, 25% vacation bonus)Awards and recognition program
