Job DescriptionThe Sales Program Administrator, reporting into the Austin-based Global Strategic Sales Development Director, will focus on administering the PSS Sales Academy Program. Main duties will involve working with Product Marketing and Business Development to keep all courses, Learning Plans and Learning Groups current, including testing, and uploading all courses into the appropriate Learning Management Systems.In this role, your responsibilities will be: Administer the Sales Academy program with guidance from the Global Strategic Sales Development Director. Maintain inventory of all current training material posted in both Emerson LEARN and MyTraining. Drive the “Keep Courses Current” program through continuous engagement with Product Marketing and Business Development. Perform all on-line course testing and upload activities. Action all enrollment and support requests though dedicated inbox. Administer a dedicated Sales Academy inbox home page on the Global Sales Portal. Regularly update, publish and distribute a set of Sales Academy course completion metrics. Any other duties related to administering the Sales Academy program.
