You will drive operational excellence through diligence, precision, and proactive support of sales, renewals, and continuous process improvement initiatives.Requirements✅ What you will be working on/responsible forEnsure uninterrupted business continuity by maintaining smooth handling of inbound customer requests, renewals, and smaller sales-assisted deals — ensuring no delays or dropped handovers between teamsMaintain high data integrity and hygiene within HubSpot by ensuring deals, renewals, and customer records are complete, accurate, and consistently updated across all active pipelinesEstablish a reliable deal desk process — including pre-quote review and approval steps — to improve quality control and consistency in deal and quote managementIncrease operational efficiency in renewals management, ensuring smaller renewals are processed accurately, on time, and with proactive customer follow-up, reducing dependency on senior sales staffSurface potential business opportunities from inbound or renewal-related requests, identifying when a lead or inquiry has broader commercial potential and routing it to the appropriate sales contactEnable visibility and trust in revenue operations data by ensuring information in HubSpot supports accurate reporting, forecasting, and reconciliation with FinanceServe as a central coordination point for operational requests, such as managing security questionnaires, ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged, documents are up to date, and processes are auditableFoster effective cross-functional communication between Sales, Finance, Support, and Marketing Ops — ensuring issues, opportunities, and data anomalies are escalated and resolved promptlyAdapt quickly to new systems or process changes within the revenue and sales operations environment, showing flexibility as new tools or workflows are introducedDemonstrate ownership and reliability, building confidence among stakeholders that all transactional and supporting processes (renewals, deal desk, system hygiene) are handled with diligence and accuracy✅ Experience we expect you to bring to the roleAround 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Desk roles within a SaaS or startup environmentStrong proficiency in CRM and RevOps tools, particularly HubSpot, for managing deals, renewals, and maintaining clean, accurate dataDemonstrated ability to ensure data hygiene and process consistency across CRM, sales, and finance systemsSolid understanding of sales and renewal workflows, including quoting, deal creation, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunitiesProven cross-functional communication skills, effectively coordinating with Sales, Finance, Support, and Marketing Ops teamsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret CRM data, spot anomalies, and support operational reporting needsAdaptable and proactive, able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and embrace evolving tools and processes🌱 Values we hold in LocalStackCare: we create with compassion.
