About The RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Order Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the smooth flow of goods and information between our headquarters and EMEA subsidiaries. You will be responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, managing sales orders, and ensuring timely, cost-effective shipments. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about logistics and cross-functional coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate both inbound and outbound orders to ensure accurate and timely warehouse operations.Ensure the accuracy of goods received and shipped and maintain proper documentation and records.Prepare and organize all relevant shipping documents, including packing lists, invoices, and proof of delivery (PODs).Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with internal and external requirements.Request freight quotations and coordinate shipments with logistics providers.Monitor delivery progress and follow up on any delays or issues to ensure timely fulfillment.Assist in routine stock checks and physical inventory counts.Update inventory records and promptly report any discrepancies.Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain, or sales operations, ideally within an international or EMEA-focused environment.Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently across departments and regions.Proficiency in using inventory management systems, ERP platforms, and standard office software (e.g., Excel, Outlook).Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced setting.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to teamwork.Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
