If so, you could be a great fit for the Sales & Partnerships Coordinator role at Team Liquid.In this role, you’ll work closely with the EU Sales & Partnerships team across daily coordination, presentation development, and operational tasks. You’ll prepare pitch materials, organise information, coordinate client visits at the AWTF EU facility, and take part in outreach efforts in the Netherlands. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and aiming to grow within a partnerships-focused environment.What You’ll Be DoingSales & Partnerships OperationsCoordinate day-to-day activities for the Sales & Partnerships team, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and organising documents and materials.Maintain trackers, folders, and project overviews to keep information accurate and accessible.Assist with office tours, client visits, small events, and activities hosted at the AWTF EU facility.Manage updates, follow-ups, and the organisation of ongoing work and partner-related tasks.Pitch & Presentation DevelopmentPrepare and format sales presentations using Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.Organise visual assets, photos, and information sourced from team folders and drives.Gather and structure data for pitch materials, proposals, and internal documents.Contribute to the clarity, layout, and visual impact of sales and partnership materials.Strategy & ScalabilityBuild and maintain relationships with universities, agencies, community groups, and organisations in the Netherlands.Take part in community-focused or esports-related initiatives where relevant.Identify potential contacts and opportunities that enhance local presence and awareness.Cross-Functional AlignmentCoordinate updates across teams as projects move forward.Assist with documentation updates and process improvements.Perform administrative and coordination tasks as needed.What You’ll Need1–3+ years of experience in coordination, project roles, or account-focused positions.Experience using graphic design tools for layout, asset preparation, or presentation design.Strong proficiency in Google Slides and/or PowerPoint.Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.Interest in Sales & Partnerships and the gaming/esports ecosystem.Clear written and verbal communication skills.An organised, reliable approach and readiness to perform assigned tasks.You’ll Earn Bonus Points If You HaveExperience with the Netherlands educational ecosystem (universities, student organisations, etc.).Familiarity with the esports ecosystem in the Netherlands or interest in gaining deeper insights.Experience preparing pitch materials, proposals, or presentations.Experience in media, brand, agency, marketing, or related industries.Why Join Team LiquidWork in an international, collaborative environment where creativity and teamwork thrive.Enjoy a well-equipped workspace and fresh daily lunches prepared by our chefs.Find balance through flexible ways of working that support your lifestyle and wellbeing.Stay supported through wellness and mobility initiatives that support your wellbeing.
