motivated professional capable of working effectively in a cross-functional team environment.The successful candidate will assume a full- time employment in the Liver Business Unit and report to the Business Unit Head.In this Liver Sales Planning Director role, you will play a key role in driving the commercial strategy and sales plan execution across the Liver FranchiseWork with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, Public Affairs, Human Resources, finance, and other relevant teams to drive the development and implementation of an integrated commercial sales strategy.Ensure that the Liver Business Unit achieves the sales goals and the target shares through facilitation of PDCA planning cycle and maximization of Commercial Capability & Competency.Lead strategic rotation/shifting of RDs/TSs to make sure best talents are in place where they are needed.Key ResponsibilitiesOptimizing organization, sales structure, and resource allocationExamine and propose the appropriate organization and territory for the business situation to strengthen the organization and improve resultsRecruit, develop and coach human resources and contribute to organizational enhancementPropose strategic OPEX plans and reconfigurations to optimize resource allocationImprove contribution to strategic and tactical planningWork with Marketing, Medical, Commercial Operations and other departments to develop optimal business plansLead KPI and KGI formulation, PDCA consensus building, and effectiveness evaluation in line with POAEnhance contact with customers and sales, identify strategic insights, and promote hypothesis testingStrengthen execution of strategies and tacticsDevelop and improve sales plans to maximize departmental resultsExamine targeting and make proposals with a view to maximizing businessLead the planning, facilitation, and management of decisions at various Business Unit meetingsEstablish a framework for priority institutions with related departments and strengthen the measuresCreate a system to collect and deploy effective initiativesIdentify issues and opportunities from sales activities, and propose actions based on deep insightsLead the development of templates for sales reporting documents in line with POAs, KGIs, and KPIsMaintain various reports and data inputs that visualize progress on KGIs and KPIs to improve resultsPromote effective and efficient use of sales support toolsConsider and implement measures to improve operational efficiency within the Business UnitImprove collaboration within and outside the Business UnitLead cross-departmental collaboration including MKT/Sales/Medical/Commercial Operations to contribute to high-quality decision-makingLead Cross departmental Key Account Management in Medical and commercial collaborationCoordinate among departments to formulate and disseminate rules that promote Cross Business Unit collaborationParticipate in and contribute to various internal projects and lead executionPropose and lead the implementation of measures to improve internal collaborationManage, operate, and improve various internal systems in coordination with other departmentsCoordinate with Business Unit Director in setting up and driving sales related meetings with co-promotion companiesConfirm focused activities with co-promotion companies and visualize execution statusCompliance-related supportServe as the contact person for departmental counterparts in accordance with Company rules and promote compliance adherenceResponsible for internal and external rule dissemination within the Business Unit, and proposal and coordination with relevant departmentsLead various compliance-related measuresLead the Audit and various monitoring
