Full-Time Student Success Specialist (Turkish & Arabic Speaker)Work Schedule: • 5.5 working days per week (Friday off) • Sunday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (1-hour lunch break: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM) • Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM • Day Off: FridayWorkplace:17B Street 210, Maadi as Sarayat Al Gharbeyah, Maadi, Cairo Governorate 4213023⸻About the RoleWe are seeking a Full-Time Student Success Specialist who is fluent in Turkish, Arabic, and English to join our dynamic education team in Maadi.The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students achieve their goals, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced sales and service environment.You will play a key role in supporting prospective learners—guiding them through our programs, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from first contact to enrollment.⸻Key Responsibilities • Communicate with potential students via phone, email, and messaging to guide them through the enrollment process. • Provide accurate information about programs, pricing, and learning outcomes. • Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships. • Achieve individual and team sales targets through professional B2C telesales. • Support ongoing learners by resolving issues, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction. • Maintain detailed CRM records of all communications and transactions.⸻Requirements • Nationality: Egyptian • Languages: Fluent in Turkish, Arabic, and English (spoken and written) • Education: Bachelor’s degree (must be consecutive after high school). • For candidates who upgraded from an associate degree, stronger relevant experience is required. • Experience: • Minimum 1 year of B2C telesales experience (education sector preferred but not mandatory). • Experience in phone-based sales or customer success roles. • Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Friendly, professional, and approachable attitude.Passion for education and commitment to helping students succeed.Preferred ProfileEnergetic and talkative personality, eager to take on new challenges.Experience working for direct competitors or within the online education industry is a plus.Acceptable job-hopping history: up to two jobs with durations under one year.CompensationSalary Range: EGP 30,000 – 76,000 per month (based on experience and performance).Performance-based bonuses and incentives available.
