Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Representative. The role is based in Qesm El Maadi , with some flexibility for working from home. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and promoting suitable products and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate records. Qualifications Strong Communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer Service and Customer Support expertiseProven Sales ability and a results-driven attitudeExperience in Training or knowledge of sales training processesProficiency in multitasking, time management, and problem-solvingPrior experience in telecommunications or a similar field is a plusGood in English; additional language skills are an advantage
