You’ll work with a collaborative group of specialists, providing strategic advice on price structuring, completion accounts, locked box mechanisms, and post-deal disputes.💼 What You’ll Be DoingLead workstreams on mid-sized engagements and contribute to larger, complex deals.Advise on SPA terms including completion accounts, locked box, and earn-out provisions.Support vendors with Locked Box papers and post-completion reviews.Build and sustain client relationships, contributing to business growth.Mentor team members and drive practice development initiatives.🎯 What You’ll BringExperience in M&A, transaction services, or financial due diligence.ACA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong academic background.Deep understanding of SPA mechanisms and deal structuring.Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in high-performing teams.🌟 Why KPMG?At KPMG, we foster a friendly, inclusive, and flexible working culture.
