Whether through athletic programs, leadership development, or mentorship, the company aims to inspire connection and success on a global scale.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Sales & Relationship Manager - High Schools or Universities located in various areas of the United States. The role includes building, nurturing, and managing relationships with high schools to expand Keep The Game®’s program offerings. The manager will conduct outreach, oversee the sales process, curate tailored solutions for clients, and ensure the success of school partnerships. Responsibilities also involve financial management of agreements and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.QualificationsExperience in Business Relationship Management and proven ability to foster long-term partnershipsStrong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with educators, coaches, parents, and school administrators effectivelySpecialized knowledge of Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to drive partnership outreach and close dealsBasic Finance skills to manage agreements and budgets associated with school partnershipsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-first mindsetExperience working with high school athletic departments is a plusCompensationCommission-based earning - commission is determined on client onboarding, volume of teams onboarded, and client retention capabilities (year-on-year retention)Work ArrangementWork Arrangement: Remote-first with travel requirements. Work from your home office or preferred location, with regular travel to visit high schools in your sales area to build relationships and meet with clients.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesThe manager will conduct outreach, oversee the sales process, curate tailored solutions for clients, and ensure the success of school partnerships.
