Sales activities will be in Greece.The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:Proactively hunt, expand and develop customer portfolio assigned within the project division, by mapping the market, cold calling, visiting existing and prospective customers, quoting and presenting our end-to-end supply chain solutions, based on assigned targetsAccountable for delivery of Additional Business and contract renewal targets for the assigned customer portfolioDelivering Ocean and Logistics & Services volume and Gross Profit/ Yield targets while remaining focused on relationship buildingDeveloping solid long-lasting customer relationships with decision-makers on all levels and generate new business.Ensure constant flow of opportunities into the pipeline to hit volume and revenue target, conduct regular pipeline review and align with hygiene standards.Supporting the resolution of Commercial and Operational reported customer issues, including interventions with customers to resolve escalated issuesEnsuring high customer satisfaction and an excellent customer experienceNegotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's short&long-term goalsWe are looking forExperience in the industry or strong interest for project logistics, freight forwarding, and project cargo.Former commercial experience, ideally in the project cargo forwarding industry.Strong orientation for growth and relationship building, commercial acumenResult-oriented with a high sense of urgency, structured approach, and ability to navigate in changing environmentExcellent communication skillsFluency in Greek and English is a must haveAbility and willingness to travel in Greece on a daily basis is required by the position as this is an outside sales roleKnowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM systems are an advantage but not a mandatory requirementValuable industry network is a plusLocation: The position is placed in Greece, Athens.If you have been reading so far, we are glad to see you are interested!
