AFRITROPIC strives to enhance agricultural productivity and better serve the farming community. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Asaba. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting the company’s agricultural products and solutions, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Representative will also provide product knowledge, address client inquiries, and contribute to the overall sales strategy of the company. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship ManagementKnowledge of agricultural products, farming practices, or agribusinessExcellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skillsProficiency in presenting product information and handling client inquiriesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentExperience in meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plusBachelor's degree in Agriculture, business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatoryWillingness to travel locally as needed
