Sales Representative

We are hiring Senior Sales Representatives & Sales Representatives (Remote).Client: US-basedLocation: RemoteWorking Hours: 5 PM – 1 AM Tirana TimeEmployment: Full-TimeSalary: • Senior: $1000–$1200 net + bonuses (based on experience) • Sales Rep: $850–$950 net (based on experience)We are recruiting for a client in the energy sector. This is a full-time remote role for people who are motivated and target-driven.Responsibilities: • Make at least 300 cold calls per day • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team at least 1-2 per day. • Identify new business opportunities and maintain communication with prospects • Work with marketing and sales teams to improve strategiesRequirements: • Fluent English • Sales, cold calling, and lead generation experience (minimum 2 years for Senior roles) • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Energetic, coachable, and self-motivated • Experience in the energy sector & setting apoointments is a plusSchedule: Monday to Friday, 5 PM – 1 AM Tirana TimeHolidays: In accordance with Albanian labor lawOnly Applicants Residing in Albania Will be Considered!To apply, send your CV to recruiting@ardansolutions.com or DM me.
