Position: Position: Sales Representative – BalkansAbout the RoleWe are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Representative – Balkans to expand our presence in the Balkan markets.This role combines market development, distributor management, and direct B2B sales of water treatment solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving regional growth, building long-term partnerships, and strengthening our market position.Key Responsibilities:Market Research & DevelopmentIdentify and evaluate potential international markets.Analyse competitors and industry trends.Build a pipeline of prospects in target regions.Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementGenerate leads and convert them into long-term customers.Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key clients.Provide technical support and solutions tailored to client needs.Sales ExecutionPresent, promote, and sell water treatment products and systems.Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts.Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery with international clients.Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with the technical, logistics, and product development teams to meet client expectations.Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards.Coordinate with export/logistics departments for smooth order fulfilment.Reporting & Performance TrackingMaintain accurate sales records and CRM data.Prepare monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and performance reports.Analyse sales data to optimize strategy.Trade Shows & RepresentationAttend international trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.Represent the company to promote brand awareness and network with potential partners.Customer Support & After-Sales ServiceProvide post-sale support and training if needed.Address customer complaints or technical issues in coordination with the service team.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Chemistry, International Business, or a related field.Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within water treatment, industrial equipment, or technical solutions.Understanding of international trade and distributor-based sales models.Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Intercultural competence and ability to work independently across multiple markets.Languages: Ukrainian and English required; Italian or Greek is an advantage.Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%).We provide structured onboarding, full product training and continuous mentoring to support your professional development.What We OfferCompetitive compensation aligned with your experience, performance, and regional market standards.B2B cooperation model with flexibility and autonomy.Full-time engagement with remote working flexibility.Opportunity to develop and expand business across the Balkan region.Structured onboarding, comprehensive product training, and continuous professional support.Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing international company.Dynamic, collaborative, and multicultural team environment.About Us Ecosoft is an international water engineering company with over 30 years of experience in developing high-quality water filtration solutions for domestic, commercial and industrial use.
