Vivian Lab is an early-stage startup, with significant growth opportunities. Our mission is to revolutionize women’s healthcare. We are looking for a Sales Manager to help us expand globally. The role is full-time with as a freelancer with a contract & remote THE ROLEAs a Sales Manager, you will need to create strategic partnerships, revenue growth, and market expansion in the Germany & DACH Region. You’ll need to find clinics, doctors & practices, employers, and insurance providers to generate leads. If you're passionate about healthtech, women's health, and building high-impact partnerships, this role is for you!RESPONSIBILITIESGenerate leads (email, cold calling, outreach, leveraging your network, etc)Visit door to door practices & cold callingDevelop and execute business development & sales strategies to expand our partnerships with healthcare organizations, insurers, and employers as an employee benefitIdentify new growth opportunities & generate salesNegotiate and close high-value partnerships & salesMonitor market trends and provide insights to shape our expansion strategy.Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and strategic meetings.Account management: onboard & manage new corporate customersCold calling & outreach to healthcare providers. Doctor office visits & salesREQUIREMENTS✅ 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in digital health, healthcare, or employee benefits space✅ Proven track record of closing deals with health systems, payers, or employer benefit programs.✅ Strong understanding of the telemedicine, women’s health, and healthcare reimbursement landscape.✅ Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and drive initiatives independently.
