Job Description

Responsibilities:Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand global trends and customer behaviour.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders.Negotiate contracts and manage the entire sales process from inquiry to delivery.Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, production) to ensure smooth order execution.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings.Ensure full compliance with export regulations and company policies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Relations, Foreign Trade, or a relevant field.Proven experience in export sales management, preferably in the mining or raw materials sector.Strong understanding of raw materials market dynamics and customer behaviour.Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and build long-term business relationships.Analytical mindset with experience in conducting market research and developing strategic insights.Excellent prospecting, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to analyze business opportunities and develop action plans effectively.Strong multitasking and time management abilities; thrives under pressure.Excellent command of French (written and spoken) and a good command of English.Proficiency in MS Office applications.No restrictions on domestic and international travel
