HD Smile Clinic – Istanbul, Turkey Telesales Specialist (English + Second Language)HD Smile Clinic is looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist to join our growing international team in Başakşehir/İstanbul.This is a full-time role based in Istanbul with a hybrid work model:Working 5 days per weekCombination of working from the clinic office and working from home (depending on schedule and performance needs)ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing patients interested in our dental treatments.Introduce and clearly explain HD Smile Clinic’s dental services and treatment packages.Handle inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional, friendly manner.Build trust with patients, follow up on leads, and support them through the decision process.Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.Cooperate closely with the customer support and coordination teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on our latest services, prices, and processes.QualificationsFluent English is required.Fluency in at least one of the following languages is also required: Arabic, French, Italian, Romanian, Bulgarian, or Russian.Previous experience in telesales, call center, or customer support (healthcare or dental field is a plus).Strong communication and persuasion skills on the phone.Customer-oriented attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Good computer skills and ability to work with CRM systems.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred (not mandatory).If you believe you can turn calls into happy smiles, we’d love to hear from you.
