About the job:We are looking for sales representatives who can assist our customers with order processes and manage the entire process flawlessly.Sales Representatives are responsible for assisting customers throughout the purchasing process — from inquiries to successful order completion. This includes resolving customer issues, recommending tailored solutions, and guiding them through product features and functionalities. To enhance the overall customer experience, you will help clients with purchases, cancellations, upgrades, and returns, while providing any necessary technical support.To succeed in this role, you should be a confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build lasting relationships based on trust and value.Responsibilities:Servicing inbound customer enquiries by providing information, solutions and troubleshooting.Promptly responding to customer queries via phone channels.Encourage customers to buy products by using a prepared script to reference important parts of what the company offers.Identify customer needs and help customers use specific featuresImprove customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growthAdvise prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about purchased products.Update database with new information every time a customer calls, and back up data regularly to protect sensitive customer information.Complete forms and record logs to create accurate, detailed files for each customer, providing insight into the target audience and what they want from the company.Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.Report any necessary changes to equipment or processes that will boost productivity and efficiency and cut back on wasted costs.Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues.Strong collaboration ability to develop strong relationships.Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.Can work from 15:00 to 23:45QualificationsHigh school diploma or higherRelevant customer service/call center experience.Familiarity with our e-commerce industry is a plus.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Patience when handling tough cases.Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applicationsAbility to think strategically and to lead.Professional English language is a must.PreferredWell organized and great attention to detailTurkish citizenLocation: Kozyatağı/İstanbulWorking Hours: 15:00-23:45
