This is a full-time remote rolefocused on converting qualified leads into patients through consult bookings, follow-ups, and education about LumiMeds’ treatment options.You’ll play a key role in guiding patients through the onboarding process — from initial inquiry to consultation — while providing clear, empathetic communication that builds trust and drives enrollment.ResponsibilitiesEngage with potential patients through email, text, chat, and phone to explain LumiMeds’ health programs.Follow up with warm leads.Help patients complete their intake forms.Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM.Meet or exceed monthly patient conversion and follow-up targets.Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional patient experience.QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in sales, telehealth, or customer success (healthcare experience preferred).Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to educate and connect empathetically with patients.Proven ability to meet or exceed conversion goals in a fast-paced environment.Tech-savvy — comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, and communication tools (Slack, Intercom, Dialpad, etc.).Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in follow-ups.A background in healthcare, insurance, or patient coordination is a plus.
