🎯 Role OverviewWe’re looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Representative to focus on outbound prospecting and lead generation. You’ll be the first point of contact for brands exploring Breef, helping them understand our value and connecting them with the right agencies.🧩 Main Responsibilities* Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone.* Qualify leads and book meetings for the Account Management team.* Personalize outreach using CRM tools and internal data.* Share decks, follow-ups, and insights to nurture prospects.* Collaborate to refine messaging and improve conversion.* Track metrics and contribute to sales strategy improvements.✅ Requirements1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in tech, media, or marketing)Fluent English (written & spoken)Passion for marketing, branding, and creative industriesEntrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced startup environmentNice-to-Haves:Experience with CRM tools and sales automationFamiliarity with agency-client dynamicsProven success in booking meetings or lead generation🗣ENGLISH LEVEL: ADVANCED - MUST📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm (time zone lo elige el candidato: puede ser EST or CST)📄MODALIDAD DE CONTRATACION: Planilla completa💻100% REMOTO desde cualquier lugar de la PERU: nosotros te otorgamos las herramientas de trabajo
